Rusthall Lodge is one of Tunbridge Wells’ leading providers of Residential and Nursing Care for older people. We are looking for exceptional RGNs and Health Care Assistants to join our team.

As one of our highly regarded RGNs or Health Care Assistants you will either be responsible for, or assist with, the assessment and implementation of individual resident care plans. You will provide practical and responsive care and support for our residents who require assistance with personal needs such as dressing, bathing and toileting activities, ensuring that everything you do complies with both our and  the CQC policies and procedures, and the relevant healthcare legislation and best practice.

You will develop and maintain a good professional relationship with residents, their visitors and your colleagues.  You will undertake all tasks ensuring you respect the well-being, confidentiality and dignity of our residents at all times, responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.

  • HCA from £8.75 p/h - £8.96 p/h dependant on NVQ qualification, plus overtime & bank holiday rates

Rusthall Lodge offer all eligible employees the following benefits:

  • The Work Place Pension with an employer contribution of 3% of your annual salary. Increasing to 4% in October 2019.
  • Life Insurance cover is automatically in place when you join our Pension Plan if you qualify. This covers you for 3 x your basic contractual salary if you pass away whilst employed by us.
  • Your lunch and tea breaks are paid for, plus we provide the refreshments which include toast and preserves.
  • If you work a seven hour shift, we will also provide you with a choice of hot or cold meal.
